There is a registration fee, and a returnable deposit required.
This is a 15 seater minibus which operates a service in and around Tiverton. Monday to Friday. It is a door to door service with a professional driver who will help passengers on and off the bus, using the tail lift if necessary. Manual or electric wheelchairs or scooters can be accommodated in safety and comfort using tracking to secure them in place. All seats have seat-belts. Passengers are charged a set fare.
This scheme relies on volunteers providing transport using their own cars. Passengers are charged by the mile.
This is a four seater vehicle specially adapted to carry a wheelchair. This vehicle is driven by trained volunteer drivers, and passengers are charged by the mile.
The minibuses are available at weekends, after 5:30pm or for some time during the middle of the day. The minibuses have a tail lift and other safety equipment to ensure passengers are carried in comfort. There are up to 15 seats some of which will need to be removed to accommodate wheelchairs.
This is a fully accessible 8 seater vehicle for passengers who need to use wheelchairs. It is available between 10.30am and 3.15pm and after 5pm weekdays, and all weekends. It is driven by volunteers.
Our Meeting Room can comfortably accommodate 12 around a table (maximum 20). The meeting room is situated within our purpose-built centre in Phoenix Lane Multi-Storey Car Park, Tiverton.
The centre is fully accessible making it ideal for groups whose members have mobility problems.
